Harchem’s commitment to Quality Assurance can be reflected in its accreditation to the ISO 9001:2015 and well-equipped laboratory along with R&D team.
We have achieved and maintained a fully integrated ISO Management system and are committed to the principles of ISO 9001:2015 in compliance with quality. Every batch of raw materials are tested before they get into the formulation, then retested at required intervals before getting into the final test which is done after the completion of the batch. The tests are done to the stringent of the available international and in-house standards and the norms to deliver consistent user experience.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Our Research and Technological Development (RTD) Team keeps themselves updated with new innovations and developments with specific goals to create new technology, products, services and systems to build a better solution.
Although we have invested our resources in In-house R&D, we do not shy away from taking knowledge and technology from the experts and institutions.
Example: Mandrel Winding Oil
Developed an economical and better Lubricant for the use in the process of winding paper tubes and cones. We could develop this with the support of our existing customers and in-house development & testing.
