HARQUENCH Series of Quenchants

Depending on application needs formulated with special additives that impart good speed of quenching and long life in the sump. Performance of oil is consistent for a longer period in comparison to other normal speed quenching oil. It provides uniform hardness.

Cold Quenching Oils include Normal and Medium speed oils mainly used for tool steel, general appliactionsuited for low and high alloy steels. These oils are generally prefered by heat treaters.

Hot Quenching Oils include marquenching and martempering oils mainly used for excellent ageing stability, better hardening efficiency, distortion controll and long service life for small and large size components.
